Your version looks more real than the photo, as we interpret scenes when we view them. Your choice of colours is more appealing also.

Thanks Stephen yes its a case of not copying but get your painting to work based on the scene in front of you, its easy to copy but you just end up with a giant photo , unfortunately a lot of people do that.
