this was fun and I think its good to now and then copy an artist of this quality and you learn a lot as go . I managed to get a kind of sky wash then built up on top of that .

I totally agree Dennis but I don't get results like that.

Lovely work Dennis

Has that Wesson feel to it Dennis, is this digital, it looks very like watercolour?

you can Dennis even better

thanks PETRA VERY MUCH

THANKS STEPHEN YES ITS DIGITAL BUT I MADE AN EFFORT TO EMULATE A WATERCOLOUR

Gosh, I'm very impressed, it really has that transparency of a watercolour.

Yes Stephen I did the bulk of it on windows paint , then I switched to Adobe to refine it. I kept a couple of stages if you want to see them.

very effective

Brilliant artwork Dennis!

Thanks pat very much.

Thanks Carole yes but this brilliance comes not from me but from Edward Wesson.

Looks every bit a watercolour Dennis, quite remarkable achievement, love it.

My hero...you and Wesson Dennis. Just fabulous, beautiful clarity.

Thanks Fiona very much I take no credit at all obviously , he was the man I'm nothing .

Thanks Alan very much its surprising what can be done , most of this was done on the basic paint program. So no tricks are available you make a mark and that's it . I saved it at a couple of stages.

Do I see a different style here? Well it's a very nice style I reckon!

Yes Ivan unfortunately it's not my style . Thanks very much

This is excellent, it really does look as though you have used watercolour.

Thanks Margaret very much

Thanks Gudrun you know I paint on my computer but I said to my wife today I never look at my paintings after the first day or so . If I kept them as oil or watercolours I'd have thousands . Truth is I love creating new paintings not viewing them .

Echo everyone else Dennis, your skill shines through.

Thanks Marjorie very much

The colours are lovely and I like the depth of the painting.
