Thank you Dennis I will at some point go back to paint , but truth is I just love inventing new pictures and I don't care about selling or stuff like that , when I retire in about a year or so I have plans to go out painting in the countryside, so let's see how it goes.

I know what you mean Dennis but you are a man above and it's the human touch. Challenge yourself again with the physical of paint you do these too easy and when you go full time soon well I really look forward to it and anticipate being even more in awe and feeling like packing in. Well Dennis that's high praise ,but I can assure you I'm no better than anyone I have all the same struggles and ups and downs . But for me to take painting on on in a big way I'd have to give up my little business which gives me an income ,which in turn sets me free to paint without pressure and that's perfect for me right now. However once i retire I will be free all the time and then I can go out painting at leisure,so watch this space. As for you giving up , no way your have the most beautiful touch in all your work , don't underestimate yourself . I look forward to seeing more of your beautiful paintings Dennis, if you have a quiet patch just keep in touch mate . I got you in mind in a positive way and hope you are weapon . Hi Michael, as you know I paint on my computer . I lay in dark Areas first I never do a drawing . I then gradually add more and more colour . I do that using windows paint , I then go on Photoshop and add texture , finally using a large brush and very thin paint I wash colour over to unite all the different sections . As for reference I had a photo but I use a lot of artistic licence , arrange the composition of the cows add the figure and dog and rearrange the type of tree and there position . That's it Michael and I hope it was helpful . Oh I use the mouse I don't use any special pens or tablets , I find the mouse being difficult helpd to keep me painting loosely.
