There is no need of gondolier, Dennis, it is stunning as it is. This is your best Venice, the light is very sparkling and the painting is a masterpiece.

If a gondolier had paddled into view I would have shot him. Perfect as it is. My only comment would be that the shape of the largest dome in the right hand group looks a bit Balinese rather than perfect circular Renaissance. Bit picky but as your title refers to Venice, better to get the architecture right.
