I really like this one Dennis, uncluttered simple but strong landscape, brilliant powerful sky and the slight touches of blue above the tree line just give it that lift, I really like sky's, I like the mix of colours you have used in the tree line, really gives form and depth along with the simple but so effective shadow across the foreground a really nice colour for that. A really smashing painting.

You are a dark horse Dennis. These little pictures of yours are jewels. Your compositions are elegantly simple yet very powerful. I love the triangular shape formed by the whitest cloud which is giving the stability to the composion. My eye then runs down the right diagonal, along the strip of grass and up to the cloud again. Fabulous. A masterclass. Keep inspiring us!
