Thank you all very much , as with most of my paintings this is a combination of information and invention . I usually take the atmosphere and rearrange everything else getting rid of negative features and accentuating the positive one that's my basic formula and by and large it works for me . I used to search endlessly for a picture I could slavishly copy but eventually realised that rarely do you get a perfect scene that way .
