Hi sandy try the biggest brush you can manage and bring the whole painting along together that way it helps to know when to stop , but I have to say I find it much easier to do a tight picture but like you I love this loose style.. But I do like your work Sandy

Dennis, my 'orange bus' painting is on about page 7 or 8 by now. I wouldn't have tried to paint it if it wasn't for your words and I'm pleased with the way that it turned out so thanks for the idea!
