You have used tone very well here Dennis to give life to the scene. It could be anywhere, obviously a bright sunny day, perhaps an old Italian town? Makes us think, which is what art should do.

Another lovely piece, Dennis, I love how a few well placed marks translates so well into Scratch and his owner.

I love how there is so much interest in this scene Dennis! The lights and darks, the car, the man ( is that light shining on his head? Hope so :) ) . Scratch lollopping along by his master and that lovely shadow in the foreground . The red canopy and writing takes your eye too. <br />Your scenes are so real that I often wish that I could jump into them and explore the places. You make them look so appealing.
