Oh I like this Dennis! The colours and patterns are reminiscent of African batik fabric, I can see why your wife likes it, I would happily hang it on my wall too!

I do like your 'normal' work but this is also appealing. Like you I do abstracts (and rural sculptures and line drawings) as an aside to my regular work. But, like your wife, and mine, I also like minimalism which drives me when it comes to abstracts. You say you've done others - well please do post them - look forward to seeing them.

This is a very unusual one for me its a big painting and its on my wall at home , my wife loves minimalism and ilikes these sort of paintings I have done about 6 for her as she isn't to keen on my normal paintings
