Sarlat in the Dordogne, France.
I had hoped to have visited the Dordogne region with a coach load of painters - but sadly we couldn't get sufficient numbers to fill the coach. So I joined a coach which was was 'doing' the area with normal holiday makers. Consequently we never had full day in any place we visited. In Sarlat where I made this sketch, we had about three hours in the town. I could gladly have spent the entire day there but we had to move on.
