The Bell at Wiverton. north Norfolk.
I’d heard that an old school friend was holidaying in nearby Blakeney and I arranged to meet him at the Bell. I was early and so I indulged myself with this sketch. We had a lovely lunch and chatted about how life had treated us since the days we used to play rugby together and spend warm summer days playing tennis in the village park. Probably the most interesting fact I found out was that he was living next door to the illustrious Freddie Trueman.o
