These are lovely watercolours Denis full of the character of the places.

Almost looks Italian, but a splendid painting.

A lot to look at, figures wonderful and I like the light on the sea.

Good brewery there I think. Helps to get in the sketching mood, sort of frees me up, although I didn't have the time or weather this year..

For several years now, I have usually spent at least one day painting in Aldeburgh. I love the atmosphere, the architecture and the general feeling of well being that you get in that old fashioned seaside town.
