Jackie - I use acrylic inks to paint as you normally would with watercolours, then select coloured papers from magazines and newspaper print to harmonise with my colour palette. (Sometimes I use paper that I have painted myself) I use a combination of tearing and cutting to add variety and texture before overpainting in acrylic inks in areas I either want to knock back or accentuate.
