Lovely colourful ideas here Denise, and it would translate really well to textiles too - lots of French knots for the seed pod cases, and overplayed sheer fabrics to give depth in the fruits. Yum!

Jackie, see my comments for the Arles rooftops painting. In addition for this one I used coloured crepe paper layered over the painted fruit + wrapping paper and store bags for patterns.
