Beautifully drawn, Denise. The touch of red is indeed thought provoking, and I like the way they lead the eye to the Christ.

This is so well drawn once again Denise, and agree with Leslie that the red adds to the drama of the piece along with these strong shadows, like this .

This is a re- listing . This pen and ink painting was inspired by a visit to the Monastery of Piona in Lake Como. It was truly the most beautiful place and this 'Crucifix' stood in the gardens. It was so, so quiet and serene. The roses are my own 'touch' as I wanted the image to be thought provoking. I thought it would be appropriate at Easter.
