Converted into flats? Oh no.... you must buy it, and restore it as one house. A simple matter, I'm sure, to one of your ample means.... Great drawing - massive concentration and detail: I like these drawings with no or minimal colour, because you can convey all the colour you need in the black ink on white paper - if you're very good at it. Which you are.
