Another stunning piece, another gem David, this is fabulous. I would like ask you how many time have you worked for this painting so complex and detailed?

Immense work David they are a joy to behold

very bright and busy

Fantastic work here. Love the sunlight glistening on the water. All your work is great.

Another beauty David.

Another extraordinary painting, portraying so well the bustle of daily life on the Venitian waterway.

These are just fabulous paintings. Some of the best watercolours I've seen. Thankyou.

I love the light and movement on the water in this lovely work David.

Awstruck! It's just perfect.

Just tremendous to view all your kind comments,if you live in touching distance of Patchings Art Centre the Exhibition is on 'till Nov 22, 8 chosen Artists 6 paintings each.

Cesare, your question on time spent! slightly difficult to answer. Painted it periodically over 4 weeks, so if i had worked continuously at 7hours a day, perhaps ----- 9 days!

Inspiring work.

A very complicated subject David, but well done. Your vanishing point is adrift , but the general concept is really good.

Another alternative Venice image, but one attempting to express the power and immediacy of the Grand Canal waterway in a bustling working day.
