Nice composition and perspective David.

That is very sweet, and does remind me of Shanklin. I remember doing a painting holiday there once, up on the cliffs. Very nice.

Lovely painting David had a lovely holiday in The Isle of White a few years ago, beautiful place just like your painting 😃

Good painting and good perspective, David. Not easy subject.

You’ve handled a very complicated scene well here David, with some lovely perspectives.

This looks really lovely David, makes me want to take a holiday there!

A crisp and colourful painting David.

Judging by your painting this is a very pretty place to see. Lovely colours and I like how the tree frames the painting.

Thank you all for your kind comments, yes the I.O.W. is a very wonderful place and certainly has some wonderful villages and scenes for painting

Lovely painting , good composition and perspective .

Lovely little sketch David, if my memory serves me correct, I think it's Godshill, a most gorgeous little village.

Thank you Teresa and Alan, This is actually old Shanklin from a photo I took a while back. It is very picturesque and very much like Godshill, but as you pass through this area it has gradually expanded unfortunately, Sign of the times I suppose.

Great perspective David, Love the place, don’t we all.

Very colourful and beautifuly painted
