Thanks for your kind comments against my latest posting - this prompted me to look at your gallery and there's some great stuff - especially like the greens in this one - something most really struggle with.

Very nice David i like the trees and the variety greens.

Thanks for your kind comments Michael and Christopher, greens can be a bit tricky sometimes as you say Michael, I am a bit unconventional with them, sometimes mixing two shades of green together with a touch of Paynes Grey or Lemon Yellow, it does not always work though.

A P.S, to my note, i find great difficulty in painting loosely also buildings, which you and a lot of others seem to do brilliantly Michael.

I agree with Michael regarding your greens David, lots of variation and tone in them....I'm jealous!lol

Thanks Fiona, don't be jealous, it's a lot of trial and error. LOL :) . I have learned a lot from artist such as yourself and others. Just got to practice my drawing and I might get there.LOL.
