You always maintain a lovely light David with some excellent greens and well defined

Thank you for you kind comments Dennis,

I should do more of this...practice greens! You've used the wiping out (?) and darker tones of greens to get a good varied range David.

You are correct Fiona, I was using different greens and whilst very damp dropping in Burnt Umber and Lemon yellow, then Wiping out to try to get the gradient and slopes of the hills. The distant trees were Paynes Gray dropped in whilst damp also. I do like playing and breaking the normal rules. LOL :)

I think sometimes wiping paint out has a better effect than trying to deepen tones, you've really used it to great effect here David.

I think you are right Fiona, thank you for your kind comments, very much appreciated.

Very good David and you've achieved some nice greens , a lot of artists find greens tricky but they're actually pretty easy really once given some thought
