Certainly reminiscent of some of my ancestors. My grandmother’s father was stationed at Castle Cornet around 1900. But then moved to Plymouth, where I now reside. Love your drawing of the ormer.

Coloured pencil and some watercolour drawing for an exhibition in Guernsey. The exhibition has a title called “Imagine” so I have called it Imagine your ancestors as Guernsey has some really great references to the past.
