Great study Russell, makes a fine painting as is. The things I'm looking for mostly concern weight. The girl is standing very naturally with her weight on one leg (out of shot, but we know it's right), she has the weight of her upper body resting on the rail, and finally chin on hand. It all looks effortlessly right. I'm waffling on a bit Russell, because I really like it.

Pastel, A3, study for possible painting. Photographed the lady whilst having a drink in the Plaza below her balcony, sounds rather creepy when I think of it!
