Oil on canvas, 20 x 16 ins. This is my first full figure painting, with oils on canvas. It depicts Richard Sharpe, as played by Sean Bean. I used various photos to get a likeness, but the rest of the painting is an original compersition. The figure looks a bit squat , in the painting ,this is because my poor photography skills [ sorry ]
