Wonderful, skilful painting Collette but why are you pickling the woman?

Hi Carole. I was trying to convey that she's trapped, on display, looking pretty but not living outside the jar. She's literally in a pickle.

Excellent and brilliantly imaginative, Collette. There's a wonderful sense of the macabre emanating from this image and perhaps "In a Pickle" would be a better title, as it already seems to be part of your plan. Gets the old grey cells working. Love it. Bri
