Wow, I have to comment on this because I was born here in Sale Cheshire one late September day in 1956. You've captured a a busy street scene in a wonderfully spontaneous way. Well done!

This is a lovely fresh watercolour of a place that I also know very well! I live 5 minutes away from here and Kim is right, you've certainly captured the character of the place. What a small world it is :)

Like your nice loose style of your gallery paintings Colin a la Wesson/ Hall. I would like to have seen a bit more tonal variation and lively darks but that is my personal preference. I do welcome constructive comments on my own gallery so I hope your don't mind my remarks.
