Well, I needed cheering up - it's been wet, and cold; then just cold; and I've GOT a cold.... and this achieved its purpose. It would be good to wake up to this painting. And I do like a splash of red!

Claire, you did this on ONE Sunday? It'd take me the proverbial month of Sundays, and it wouldn't look anywhere near as good either! I love the foliage, and the depth you've achieved.
