Thank you everyone for your comments which are really very helpful as I tend to consider fur a bit of a challenge and am rarely satisfied with the results.

A mother with her baby rabbit was painted in acrylic on canvas from a photograph by my son and I, a joint effort. Occasionally we we like to produce a joint painting as one might see the detail the other has missed.
