Can we draw strength from religious rituals just like Authentic Movement into the approach of spontaneous drawing to further the development? In Taiwan, folk religion constitutes a paradox, collective unconscious and a lifestyle. As a Taiwanese artist, there is no reason not to grab the inspiration from it. Adding the features of Chinese philosophy and Taiwanese folk religious rituals that I am familiar with may create a new perspective in spontaneous drawing.
