This is fantasticChristine. Love the eyes, specs and that winning smile. So difficult to paint smiling mouths but this is spot on.

I agree with Carole's comment about the mouth - very well done... the eyes are very good too. I really like this portrait.

Thanks very much Alan, Heather, Linda, Russell and Frank for all your comments. She really liked the photo of the painting I sent her and I will send the original to her soon. She said it would be lovely to share with her children and grandchildren in the future and talk about what it was like during the coronavirus outbreak.

Very proud of my daughter’s friend who qualified last year and has now been thrown into the crisis in hospitals. She looks more tired and harassed than usual- which is usually a big beaming smile and a bouncy greeting. Pleased to be able to do this for her as part of Tom Croft’s idea for NHS key workers.
