Thank you for your comments Stephen, both on this one and 3 trees. Most of my work is done from imagination with the exception of portraits, Sometimes I have a photo or a sketch I have done which will trigger my ideas.

I had a large canvas and didn't know what to do with it! I was then inspired by Van Gogh's painting of Almond Blossom and this is my version, it is not copied from his work, just inspired by it.
