I love this. Colours just right - subject too, so well painted! and so simple and effective - yes - this painting proves that shadows, when done correctly as they are here - can make or break a painting

You're a very competent artist altogether, you bring a fresh eye to your subjects and there are times when your composition is brilliant, well done on this and all your work. How I love to see some good old fashioned competent draughtsmanship.
