Hi Chris, This must have taken ages. It was worth it though. It's great. I guess the background looks a little flat with the shading much the same tone, but the front half is very fine work. Better than the photo I expect. Skills mate.

A very clever pencil sketch - love the tones, smashing. A bit nostalgic for me, always caught the number 19 to work many moons ago from Highbury to Bloomsbury Square. I think it's on it's way to Shaftesbury Avenue. Great

cheers i did want to concentrate on the busy traffic but i was wanting to get it finished so probably didn't spend to long on the background..

it seems strange someone saying they knew where the street is i'm from up north and it was just a street scene to me thanks for the comment..chris

Fantastic work on this, I know how long pencil works take, great job.

it was a bit demanding but i do like drawing thanks ..

Hi Chris, I thought this was a photograph at first. Great drawing and i think the background blends perfectly with hustle and bustle of the noisy foreground. I'm choking on the carbon monoxide as I write. I wouldn't have the patience to even attempt such a piece. Neil

I must admit that I thought this was a photograph at first. It is extremely realistic and very compelling. Great work.

Excellent drawing very accomplished piece.

Now that is what i call a drawing !! i don't have a tenth of the patience that must have needed.... the strength is in the observation....everything is in perspective and thats pretty tough considering how many shapes and angles you've tackled. great stuff Ste

Agrees with all the above...well done.

Great job. Well done. It must have taken ages.
