Good one, Charles. Don't know if it's a trend, but I've realized neither of my grandsons bikes have mudguards.

I was out walking today and this chap came past me with mud all up his back, it seems odd to me not to have a mudguard, even a small one! Perhaps it's a trend i am missing out on. The chap is modeled on me following my Christmas bonanza with food. so i guess my question is why?
