I'm a recent convert to acrylic inks which I just love - must try drawing inks - do they behave in much the same way? This one is certainly an inspiration Chandra.

Love it Chandra beautiful techniques

I agree with Dennis a lovely technique, beautiful and fluid.

Much effective painting, Chandra.

You've created a wonderfully wintry atmosphere, Chandra. I like the slight warmth in the yellow-orange at the top left and bottom right - perhaps presaging warmer times ahead!

Wow, this is beautiful Chandra :)

I love drawing with both types, the acrylic tends to be my favourite though, but this is excellent Chandra, well captured but leaving plenty for the viewers imagination.

This is so beautiful and exiting Chandra. I love the fluid shapes and the cool colours are wonderful!

Wonderful colours beautiful

Very effective Chandra , lovely loose work

Very eye catching, certainly gives the impression of winter.

Thank you Michael, Dennis, Fiona, Cesare, Wib, Gudrun, Maria, Alan, Satu, Ruthy, Dermot and Val for your lovely comments....Michael, the drawing inks behave very much like watercolour, though they are quite fast drying, and do not have much body, ...I did read somewhere that they are known as ' fugitive inks' ( What a lovely name!!!) and lack the stablity of the acrylic inks so not really recommended for important, original art works. I happen to have some that had bought some time ago out of curiosity, so thought I would have a play with them . Alan, I must admit though that the acrylic inks are my favourite too. I also like the fact that they are more chemically stable and not as suscepible to external factors.

Fullof life and atmosphere. Super work, Chandra!

Thanks again ,Seok, for your kind comment.

Another wintery one!!! Done with drawing inks , rather than the acrylic inks that I normally use.
