Thanks Rebecca . I am so pleased you like it. Glennis. I think this is a worthy cause too. Perhaps we cannot preserve the animals in real life for much longer but we can give them immortality by painting them. Thanks so much for commenting.

Thank you very much Helen. The textures of the hessian or sacking were a nightmare. Tried several different techniques and suddenly it clicked. What a relief!!

These little primates are rescued and put into a special 'orphanage'. In the forests, they will spend seven years with their mothers. The orphanage tries to teach them skills to survive. They are really endangered. The proceeds of the sale of this work will go to the World Wildlife Fund. Liquitex Acrylics on Canvas.
