Great character Cesare lovely painting

You have a lovely skill in capturing the mood and personality in these portraits Cesare

Many thanks Dennis, Derek and Marjorie for your kind comments.

I like this portrait. Lovely and loose and full of character Diana

Many thanks Diana, too kind.

You've captured character in this one and a contemplative look.

He looks a bit of a character Cesare - good painting.

Captured perfectly Cesare.

Great character portrait Cesare, nice and loose with plenty of expression. Reminds me of a TVs character on Brotish tv many years ago, Greengrass off Heartbeat.

I agree with Derek - the mood of this piece is super, Cesare.

Very characterful Cesare!

Thank you akk for your kind comments

Your English communicates fine to me, Cesare. I think you are developing a good, relaxed style with your watercolour; you have not chosen an easy medium. I like this character portrait very much.

I might also add, Cesare, that he has the look of a hungry man, desperate to peddle his wares (books). Very well captured!

Many thanks, Ruth, for your kind words much appreciated. Really the man told me it is very hard to sell books, and sometimes he can't afford to pay a glass of wine.
