Lovely monochrome work Cesare. These get better and better,

I agree with Jim. Better all the time.

Thank you Jim and Linda for your kind comments.

Me too Cesare but I never get the chance. Great even sexy piece

Lovely piece of work Cesare.

You really do have a lovely style, Cesare.

Thank you Dennis, Margaret, and Jennifer for your kind comments.

This is a superb portrait, Cesare. I have a question: is this watersoluble pastel also lightfast? If yes, I would like to try it, it seems a marvellous 'instrument' for drawing.

This is a superb portrait Cesare

Great stuff. If the pastel pencils are the same as mine then they are lightfast

Stunning portrait, I love the black and white, hard and soft, brilliant !!!!!!!

I agree with all the comments below, Cesare, the portrait expert.

Thank you Mia, Russel, Gudrun, Carmela, and Ibolya for your kind and generous comments. I think the Stabilo water-soluble pastels are lightfast.

Another outstanding piece, Cesare. You've really mastered the art of distilling the essential features and capturing the character of the subject.

Thank you Seok for your kind words.
