Beautiful colours Ceri. What does digital manipulation mean?

Digital manipulation is when I edit the photo of the painting by as layering colour tones or brightness or by applying an effect like blurring or simplification. These changes are usually very minor but do change the visual representation of the original watercolour. I am a photographer and such tweaks are normal in the editing process of photographic images.
