Soft pastel on Canson Mi-Teintes Touch, 12 x 9". Painted from my own reference photo. I came across this Birch clearing last November during a local walk. The woods at the back were dark but the autumn light lit up these Silver Birch trees. I have tried to reproduce that glow here.
