Painted during at the start of my Trauma Therapy when I wasn't sure how I felt. The mass soaring towards the ground represents my mood at the time. A dark background shows how I saw everything around me and the bright colours within the mass are my inner strength, passion, willing and need. The idea is for the mass carrying my positive feelings will make impact with the darkness and set me free. This painting has pride of place where I can see it and be proud of how far I have come since I painted it.
