This a lovely scene, warm and inviting despite a lot of cool blues, whites and purples. Love it!

This oil painting was commissioned by a person who was married at St. Mary's Church, seen in the background. She also worked in one of the shops, many years ago. So she "Walked into this Scene" each day. She says, "Everytime I look at the painting, it brings back happy memories".
