I can feel the sun. Very good for first attempt.

lovely and as you say you must have enjoyed doing it .thats the main thing for me

congratulations on having the confidence to tackle such a tricky and well known subject. I am reminded of a lady who joined a college course I attended. It was her first time, and she had done no art at all. When I asked her what she was going to have a go at , she said that she thought she would have a go at a gondolier in Venice as it was a city she loved. I knew I would hit it off with her. I thought that she was going to say a bunch of flowers or a sunset which seem to be the favourites of a beginner. I loved her confidence and sense of having fun. She made a good stab at the gondolier and I always enjoyed her company.

Lovely job you have made of it too. Great subject, great colours.

Thanks everyone, for looking and your supportive comments :) Learning curve on these acrylics - this morning the water is very milky - I assume where the white has "interacted" with the other colours - ummmmmmm - more work to be done, still activates with mist spray so I will try and tackle it today - who knows, it's all an adventure!

Lovely work, I would like to try these Interactive acrylics one day myself.

Very good Carole!. I paint with acrylics, but am not bold enough to hit the interactive yet. This is a very bright and warm painting.

Thank you for your positive comments all!

Nice treatment and a lovely gallery
