Wildcat by Carl Rowlands

Well don't go putting them back in the loft, will you? We want more. Lovely texture in this painting, your wildcat looks deceptively mild - but this is the real thing, not a domestic tabby gone feral, but the genuine Scottish cat, and an impressive animal by any standard.

I have been out and brought some new paints and supply's. I'm really enjoying painting at the moment. I've just finished a painting of a fox which I might post up soon. The reference photos I took at the British wildlife centre in Surrey.

It was well worth getting them out again
