Cloud break over St. Ives by Carl Conway

I think I'd have liked a little more strength - ie, darks basically - in the foreground grasses, but all the same, there's wonderful impression of light in this, and I particularly like your sky, and the way the horizon fades mistily into the distant headland. There's some beautiful colour here.

I really love this, it's very serene and makes me feel quite peaceful. I especially love the colours you've used in the sea and the sky. I agree with Robert about the way the horizon fades, it's really beautiful. I'm only a beginner, but I really love this picture and it's the sort of thing I would like on my wall. Well done! xox
