Thank you very much for your comments and support David. This is a very nice site to post art work on unlike some others where the comments can be quite caustic at times. I have ordered a new sketchbook but as usual I have coursework assignments to catch up on mainly because I am a lazy blighter at heart lol. Thanks again David.

I have now filled my sketchbook with over 50 head studies and it took some sticking at but I am glad I did it. I certainly feel a bit more confident with the pencil now than when I started. I am currently working through a cinematic design and illustration course so I think this exercise will help with that in both my traditional and digital work. Onwards and upwards as they say, I am so pleased to have an art practice that can keep even an old guy like me busy.
