Spring Meadows, Acrylic & Pastel on board, 65 x 65 cm. May is such a wonderful time of year and a late evening walk along the local river bank gave me the inspiration for this painting. Using a specially prepared board, an underpainting of fluid acylics to give depth and colour, hard & soft pastel was used to add the details. It is framed and mounted in black.
