The beauty of a wave as it pulls back and crashes onto the beach has to be to me at least one of the hardest things to paint. I wanted to challenge myself with this painting to see if I could capture the moment. Painted on rough watercolour paper with watercolour, acrylic and acrylic inks. Size of picture including frame and mount 57x74cm.
