Gorgeous colours - love the steam, Very well done.

I simply love this !

Super picture, full of action , including the photographer!

Thanks folks, second attempt at "Weissorn" not cut off the board yet, last rework attracted dreaded backruns !!!

wow this is really smashing, just love the colours.

This is so well painted; I love your style. I thought at first the green was going to be too much but it works so well.

Great watercolour style. Love the little engine.

Love your gallery. The steam engine won me over completely, what greens did you use?

Thank you everone, your comments much appreciated. Max, from memory the green was principaly Hookers light/Veridian/Russian Blue. The colour on the PC is fairly true and I matched the colour to the reference pics I took at the time. I am a bit of a messy colour mixer also using whats on the "dish at the time and testing on a piece of bockingford offcut. I hope this helps?

Really nice watercolour technique and colour choices, Brian. What size do you paint your pictures, please? Jx

Jean. most start out on 11 X 15 inches Bockingford
