Thanks Carole, I used acrylics on this and most of my paintings now, I,ve used oils in the past but too impatient and like the quick drying time of acrylics!

I did the same painting at christmas for my dad and just finished this one for one of his friends but did it slightly smaller than the original, it was a vettriano one they said it brought back memories of their youth!
