Watercolour with a little gouache on Bockinford paper. A hint of the 1930's here, and I wanted to try painting swimming pool water,as inspired by David Hockney, but it didn't come out like a Hockney at all. Whatever I try, all my pictures seem to come out the same way. I would love to do impressionism or anything else for that matter, but never seem to manage it. They all end up as a Brenda O!!
